Slow Cooking Thursday- CrockPot Pinapple Chicken

I'm HERE .. a little late, but better late than never right?? Head over to Diary of a SAHM, and join the fun with the rest of us and our great recipes!
I got this recipe from A year of crockpotting, I believe thats where my last weeks recipe came from too :) *smiles* I do love that site!

I served over rice with mixed veggies .. heres the how to..
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless Chicken breast
20 oz can of pinapples (drained)
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Place Chicken in crockpot, drain pinapple juice, and add the pinapple over top of the chicken, along with soy sauce and pepper flakes. Cook on low 4-6 hrs. Serve over rice!
I will be totally honest with this one, I made it last night, and I LOVED it, however my dear Fiancee did not, infact this is the first time I made hime something else (It was just a sandwhich that I made) I believe it was because of all the soy sauce, I should have known, he is not a big fan of soy, Laney liked the chicken, and I thought it was good, however I probably will not make the dish again because I am preparing for more than just myself, soo.. If you like soy or these kinds of recipes than its for you! I infact took it to lunch with me at work today.. Enjoy!

This recipe looks so good. I love pineapple in dishes like this, but I have a feeling my hubby would be like your fiancee, because he doesn't like meat and pineapple together.
