This picture does not look pretty but It sure Is good, its called Kat's slow chicken and I served it over noodles with melon balls on the side, heres how to make it.
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 jar (26 oz) pasta sauce
1 med onion (chopped)
1 med bell pepper (sliced)
4 carrots (sliced)
4 garlic cloved (i used minced garlic that you buy in the jars)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1 to 2 tbsp cornstarch
Combine all ingrediants in slow cooker (crock pot), EXCEPT water and cornstartch. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Before serving mix water and corn starch in bowl, stir until mixture is smooth. Add to slow cooker, cook on high for additional 15 mins or until thickens.
There you have it SO EASY and really good!
