Muffin Tin Monday- Party Animals

This is our FIRST time doing a Muffin Tin Monday, I am an avid fan of MTM I look every week at the wonderful creations everyone does.

This week for MTM its Party/Celebration themed, so I went with it ... I know at first glance these look like a bunch of food animals, but OH NO ... look again, these are our PARTY ANIMALS FOLKS... yes thats right me and Lu made Party Animals, aren't they the cutest?? I had fun with it!!! Except I couldn't fit the animals in the holes of the muffin tins, those party animals are such REBELS, so we made do! On top: is a white oreo spider, and chocolate oreo frog (and milk)
Middle: is a bear (with peanut butter, and raisins for the face)
Bottom: is a turtle (if you look closely you can see the legs from raisins, the body is a banana slice with a little green food coloring) and of course we couldn't have a party without ants on a log!

Lu loved it, but she didn't know what we had to eat from the muffin tin, she'll get use to it :) although she did tell me 15 times how good it was!!

  7. Welcome to MTM!! I just started a few weeks ago and LOVE it!

I'm actually surprised my son eats his food when it's in the tin. I guess it's a strange combo, he's VERY logical and won't do it if it doesn't make sense, BUT he also doesn't mess around when food is involved!

  8. I found your blog a while back..not sure where though. Anyway, love your kids in the kitchen posts! I just looked at your profile and see that you're from Spring Hill. I'm from Hernando and have lived in both Brooksville and SH. I'm in Germany now...what a small world!
