MTM: Build Your Own Breakfast Burrito

I am so glad that we participate in Muffin Tin Mondays, It has given Lu a "new and exciting" way to eat her breakfast/lunch/dinner (whatever we do for that week) she eats every bit of it, and that makes me wanna do MTM everyday of the week :)

Today was a no theme day, so I made my own them: Build Your Own Breakfast Burrito. She enjoyed it very much, however I did not enjoy the mess I cleaned up afterward lol!Top row: tortilla shell, scrambled egg, bacon
Bottom row: shredded cheese, ham, ketchup

Didn't she do a fantastic job?? She ate 2 of these and still wanted more in her tin! Hungry Girl!

  5. Great idea, I was going to go with the make your own pizza theme today but we had a party so we went for dipping tray.

I go to acmoore or micheals to get the tins and cups, I am forever looking at that stuff now. I drive my husband crazy! Can't wait to see more tins.

  8. This looks good, Might make my own version tommorow. Minus the bacon though, we all know I should go without! :( . Made the donuts from the biscuits that you had up here a couple weeks ago, they were AMAZING. I wish I had never tried them, who knows how many calories they are!
